Shipping & Returns
First Class Mail ( 4-7 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn around time via first class mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn around time we need to process your order.
Priority Mail (1-3 days ) - Your order will ship within our regular turn around time via priority mail. This is only the shipping time and does not include the turn around time we need to process your order.
* We are not able to make changes to your address after checkout, please make sure you have the correct shipping info.
* All items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail unless you upgrade to Priority Shipping at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered, please contact your post office.
* International customers are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
* Our items are ready to ship, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. We strive to ship all orders within 5 business days, please allow extra time during Holidays, sales, and pre-orders!
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
* Please note that holiday specific items and sale items are FINAL SALE
* If you need a different size please send us an email to email@example.com, you will need to send the item back to us and we will issue you a store credit upon receipt of return.
* Item(s) must be in unworn, unwashed condition.
* Buyer is responsible for shipping back the items in unused condition
* If you must return something you will be charged a 20% restocking fee upon receipt of the item, or you may choose a store credit for the full amount of your order minus the shipping fees. To initiate a return email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and return request in the subject line.
* Returns must be initiated with us via email email@example.com within 3 business days of delivery receipt and postmarked within 3 business days of return authorization with your original packing slip.
* Within 3 business days of our receipt of your return you will be refunded or issued your store credit.
* All international packages denied by buyer at customs will be charged a restocking fee of 20% and refunded upon receipt of the package.
